Ide o asanáciu budovy v majetku Univerzitnej nemocnice Bratislava, ktorá sa nachádza v Bratislave, v mestskej časti Staré Mesto. Asanačné práce sa budú vykonávať na objekte o rozmeroch cca 24 x 13 m vrátanie prístavby a budú pozostávať vybúraním základov, nadzákladového muriva a podlahy ostaných zvislých a vodorovných konštrukcií vrátanie konštrukcie strechy.
