Předmětem veřejné zakázky je provedení demontáže a likvidace starého strojního zařízení, popřípadě demontáže s následným odprodejem starého strojního zařízení či jejich libovolných částí a dílů. Zařízení bude demontováno celé včetně navazujících částí (hydraulické agregáty, rozvaděče, potrubní i elektrické přípojky, záchytné vany, nádrže na olej, plošiny apod.), které se mohou nacházet i v podzemních prostorech či na plošinách. Prvky, které jsou zabetonovány, budou odpáleny co nejblíže k betonu, tzn. nebudou se vybourávat (v případě zájmu si však může účastník vybourat konstrukce na své náklady). Prostupy přes střechu a obvodové stěny musí být ze strany účastníka řádně zapraveny. Zadavatel umožňuje odprodej zařízení jako celku nebo i jejich libovolných částí a dílů, avšak pouze do zemí mimo kontinent Evropa.
Součástí veřejné zakázky jsou veškeré práce související s realizací akce tzn. požadované demontážní práce, odpojení jednotlivých technologických celků od inženýrských sítí, odvoz všech zařízení, dílů a odpadů, likvidace všech odpadů, zajištění potřebného vybavení, techniky, zabezpečení pracoviště z hlediska požární ochrany a BOZP a další práce a služby spojené se zhotovením díla.
The subject matter of the Public Contract is the dismantling and disposal of old machinery, or the dismantling followed by the sale of the old machinery or any of its parts and components. The equipment will be dismantled in its entirety, including associated components (hydraulic units, switchboards, pipework and electrical connections, drip trays, oil tanks, platforms, etc.), which may also be located in underground areas or on platforms. Elements that are set in concrete will be blasted as close to the concrete as possible, i.e. they will not be demolished (however, if interested, the Participant may demolish the structures at their own expense). Penetrations through the roof and perimeter walls must be properly sealed by the Participant. The Contracting Authority permits the sale of the equipment as a whole or of any of its parts and components, but only to countries outside the European continent.
The Public Contract covers all work relating to the implementation of the project, i.e. the required dismantling work, the disconnection of individual technological units from utility networks, the removal of all equipment, parts and waste, the disposal of all waste, the provision of the necessary equipment and machinery, ensuring the worksite complies with fire safety and health and safety at work requirements, and other works and services associated with the execution of the works.
