Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky malého rozsahu jsou průběžné dodávky obvazů a obinadel (dále také „zboží“) pro Nemocnici s poliklinikou Česká Lípa, a.s. Dodávky zboží budou uskutečňovány na základě dílčích objednávek dle aktuálních potřeb zadavatele po dobu 2 let od nabytí účinnosti smlouvy.

Podrobně je zboží specifikováno zadavatelem ve „Formulář pro zpracování specifikace technických parametrů“, který tvoří přílohu č. 3 těchto ZP (dále také jako „technický formulář“).

• ČÁST 6 - Elastický hadicový obvaz
• ČÁST 7 - Obvaz hadicový pod sádru
• ČÁST 8 - Longeta sádrová
• ČÁST 9 - Vata podkladová pod sádru
• ČÁST 10 - Sádrové obinadlo
• ČÁST 11 - Obinadlo elastické samofixační

Účastník může podat nabídku na jednu, několik nebo na všechny části veřejné zakázky. Počet částí, na které podá nabídku, je na volbě účastníka. Na každou část může podat pouze jednu nabídku.

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je rovněž seminář na téma kompresní terapie pro část 1 – Obinadlo elastické krátkotažné a pro část 2 – Obinadlo elastické dlouhotažné. Zadavatel požaduje proškolení zdravotnického personálů nejdéle do 3 měsíců od podpisu rámcové dohody včetně možnosti následného doškolení dle potřeby.
