Mesto Trenčín vyhlasuje súťaž o najvhodnejší návrh na uzavretie nájomnej zmluvy, predmetom ktorej bude nájom nehnuteľnosti: „Zelený most – ulica (Fiesta) – objekt F1 – SO 135 - urban culture centrum / bar, kaviareň“ v k.ú. Trenčín. Súčasťou predmetu nájmu je aj celoročná terasa prislúchajúca k prevádzke.
