Súťaž návrhov je spoločným verejným obstarávaním v zmysle § 16 ZVO medzi Hlavným mestom SR Bratislava, Generálnym investorom Bratislavy a Metropolitným inštitútom Bratislavy.

Po súťaži návrhov zrealizuje jeden z vyhlasovateľov samostatne alebo viacerí z vyhlasovateľov spoločne priame rokovacie konanie v zmysle ustanovení § 81 písm. h) ZVO. Vyhlasovateľ vyzve na rokovanie účastníka, ktorého návrh vyhodnotila porota ako víťazný.

Design competition is a joint public procurement under Article 16 of the Public Procurement Act between Bratislava, the Capital City of the Slovak Republic, General Investor of Bratislava and Metropolitan Institute of Bratislava.

After the design competition, one of the announcers individually or more announcers jointly shall initiate the direct negotiation procedure in cpompliance with the provisions of Selection 81 (h) of public procurement act.
