Predmetom zákazky je dodanie liekov ATC skupín ATC B05BB01, B05XX/B05BB01, V07AB, B05AA01, J06BA02, ktoré sú klasifikované v právnych predpisoch Slovenskej republiky podľa pravidiel Svetovej zdravotníckej organizácie, po splnení indikačných, preskripčných a schvaľovacích podmienok v zmysle platnej legislatívy.
