Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie kompletnej dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej dla zadania z zakresu małej retencji górskiej zlokalizowanego na terenie Nadleśnictwa Ustroń w zakresie i stopniu dokładności niezbędnym do przeprowadzenia postepowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego na roboty budowlane zgodnie z ustawą Pzp wraz z wszystkimi ekspertyzami, opracowaniami, uzgodnieniami, opiniami i decyzjami koniecznymi do uzyskania ostatecznego pozwolenia na budowę oraz zgłoszeniami lub decyzjami niezbędnymi do rozpoczęcia robót budowlanych (zwanej dalej: dokumentacja projektowa) wraz z przeniesieniem autorskich praw majątkowych do wykonywanej dokumentacji oraz pełnieniem nadzoru autorskiego.
