Žiadame nové originálne náhradné diely vyrobené výrobcom vozidiel alebo tiež dodávateľmi výrobcu/ diely rovnocenné originálu, vyrobené akýmkoľvek podnikom ktorý preukáže, že kvalita náhradných dielov zodpovedá kvalite dielov použitých pri montáži vozidla. Rovnocenné náhradné diely budú akceptované len ak sú homologované alebo im bolo vystavené osvedčenie o rovnocennosti s originálnym náhradným dielom. Akceptované nebudú repasované, recyklované a renovované náhradné diely, pokiaľ výslovne nie je uvedené inak v technickej špecifikácii.
Obstarávateľská organizácia môže akceptovať fabricky repasované originálne náhradné diely vyrobené výrobcom vozidiel alebo tiež dodávateľmi výrobcu alebo ekvivalentné náhradné diely rovnocenné originálu, vyrobené akýmkoľvek podnikom ktorý preukáže, že kvalita náhradných dielov zodpovedá kvalite dielov použitých pri montáži vozidla. Rovnocenné náhradné diely budú akceptované len ak sú homologované alebo im bolo vystavené osvedčenie o rovnocennosti s originálnym náhradným dielom.
Uchádzač takéto náhradné diely jasne označí v technickej špecifikácii, ktorá tvorí samostatnú prílohu tejto Výzvy.
