Žiadame dodanie nového náhradného dielu / nových náhradných dielov určených v technickej špecifikácii.
Na výzvu obstarávateľa je úspešný uchádzač povinný poskytnúť obstarávateľovi súčinnosť potrebnú spočívajúcu v doručení obstarávateľom požadovaných vyššie uvedených vyhlásení o zhode a ďalších dokumentov preukazujúcich pôvod, originalitu, kvalitu a novosť výrobku.
Bližšia špecifikácia konkrétnych náhradných dielov sú uvedené v prílohe č. 1 tejto výzvy na predloženie ponuky – Špecifikácia predmetu zákazky.
Pokiaľ sa v opise predmetu zákazky použil odkaz na konkrétnu značku, výrobcu, alebo výrobok alebo typ výrobku – tieto boli použité výlučne pre ilustráciu vtedy, ak nebolo možné dostatočne presne a zrozumiteľne opísať predmet zákazky a obvyklou obchodnou praxou prevažujúcou pri dodávke rovnakých alebo obdobných predmetov zákazky. V takýchto prípadoch sa má za to, že je takýto odkaz vždy doplnený slovami "alebo ekvivalentný“ a platí, že uchádzač môže vždy ponúknuť aj ekvivalentné alebo lepšie plnenie.
