Brief description of tender or procurement

Žiadame dodanie nového náhradného dielu / nových náhradných dielov určených v technickej špecifikácii.
V prípade ponuky iného ako dielu vyrobeného priamo výrobcom systému trakčného vedenia je uchádzač povinný preukázať úplnú technickú, konštrukčnú a materiálovú zhodu so schválenou výrobnou dokumentáciou a výkresovou dokumentáciou príslušného typu trakčného vedenia, vrátane preukázania, že použitím takéhoto dielu nedôjde k zmene schválených technických parametrov systému ani k zníženiu jeho bezpečnosti, spoľahlivosti a prevádzkovej spôsobilosti.

Obstarávateľ požaduje dodanie nových, nepoužitých náhradných dielov určených pre trakčné vedenie, vyrobených výrobcom predmetného systému trakčného vedenia alebo dielov vyrobených v súlade so schválenou výrobnou dokumentáciou a technickými výkresmi výrobcu.

Bližšia špecifikácia konkrétnych náhradných dielov sú uvedené v prílohe č. 1 tejto výzvy na predloženie ponuky – Špecifikácia predmetu zákazky.

Pokiaľ sa v opise predmetu zákazky použil odkaz na konkrétnu značku, výrobcu, alebo výrobok alebo typ výrobku – tieto boli použité výlučne pre ilustráciu vtedy, ak nebolo možné dostatočne presne a zrozumiteľne opísať predmet zákazky a obvyklou obchodnou praxou prevažujúcou pri dodávke rovnakých alebo obdobných predmetov zákazky. V takýchto prípadoch sa má za to, že je takýto odkaz vždy doplnený slovami "alebo ekvivalentný“ a platí, že uchádzač môže vždy ponúknuť aj ekvivalentné alebo lepšie plnenie.
