Obstarávateľská organizácia požaduje dodanie nových, nepoužitých náhradných dielov určených pre zariadenia trakčného vedenia, ktoré spĺňajú požiadavky uvedené v Prílohe č. 1 tejto výzvy.
V prípade ponuky iného ako dielu vyrobeného priamo výrobcom systému trakčného vedenia je uchádzač povinný preukázať úplnú technickú, konštrukčnú a materiálovú zhodu so schválenou výrobnou dokumentáciou a výkresovou dokumentáciou príslušného typu trakčného vedenia, vrátane preukázania, že použitím takéhoto dielu nedôjde k zmene schválených technických parametrov systému ani k zníženiu jeho bezpečnosti, spoľahlivosti a prevádzkovej spôsobilosti.
Uchádzač pri každej položke uvedie údaje o ponúkanom náhradnom diele v rozsahu požadovanom v Prílohe č. 1 – Špecifikácia predmetu zákazky, najmä výrobcu, typové označenie a technické parametre. Dodávané náhradné diely musia spĺňať požiadavky príslušných všeobecne záväzných právnych predpisov, technických predpisov a technickej špecifikácie.
Obstarávateľská organizácia je v závislosti od charakteru konkrétneho náhradného dielu a požiadaviek uvedených v technickej špecifikácii oprávnená vyžiadať si od úspešného uchádzača príslušné doklady a sprievodnú dokumentáciu, ak sa na daný výrobok vzťahujú, najmä: doklad výrobcu alebo iný relevantný doklad preukazujúci pôvod, kvalitu, novosť alebo rovnocennosť dielu; návod na použitie, montáž alebo údržbu, ak sa vyžaduje; relevantné protokoly o skúškach; dokumenty kontroly podľa STN EN 10204, ak sú pre daný výrobok relevantné; alebo príslušné vyhlásenie o zhode či iný doklad vyžadovaný právnymi alebo technickými predpismi. Uvedeným nie je dotknutá povinnosť uchádzača preukázať splnenie technických požiadaviek podľa druhého odseku tohto bodu, ak ponúka iný ako originálny náhradný diel.
Podrobná špecifikácia jednotlivých položiek a prípadné osobitné požiadavky sú uvedené v Prílohe č. 1 tejto výzvy – Špecifikácia predmetu zákazky. Ak sa v opise predmetu zákazky použije odkaz na konkrétnu značku, výrobcu alebo výrobok, pripúšťa sa rovnocenné plnenie za predpokladu splnenia všetkých požadovaných technických vlastností a podmienok uvedených v tomto bode a v Prílohe č. 1 tejto výzvy.
