Predmetom zákazky sú stavebné práce - rekonštrukcia a prístavba budovy MŠ Kalinčiakova, Zlaté Moravce za účelom rozšírenia kapacity s cieľom pokryť potreby v oblasti výchovy a vzdelávania detí v predškolskom veku. V rozsahu výkazu výmer a projektovej dokumentácie ide o nasledovné objekty:
SO-01 Búracie práce, SO-02 Architektúra statika, SO-03 Zdravotechnika, SO-04 Vykurovanie, SO-05 Elektroinštalácia, SO-06 Požiarna nádrž, SO-07 Požiarna ochrana.
