Verejný obstarávateľ na základe § 6 zákona č. 343/2015 Z.z. o verejnom obstarávaní v znení neskorších predpisov vyhlasuje tento prieskumu trhu pre určenie PREDPOKLADANEJ HODNOTY ZÁKAZKY (PHZ) na služby súvisiace s rekonštrukciou Kaštieľa v Žiari nad Hronom. Prieskum pre určenie PHZ je rozdelený na 8. častí nasledovne:
1. Autorský a odborný technický dozor + realizačná a dielenská dokumentácia
2. Stavebný dozor
3. Pamiatkový architektonicko-historický výskum počas prác na obnove
4. Reštaurátorský výskum
5. Archeologický predstihový, záchranný (priebežný) výskum, archeologický dohľad, ošetrenie hnuteľných nálezov, vyhotovenie výskumnej dokumentácie pre KPÚ
6. Dokumentácia priebehu prác a ukončené dielo umelecko-remeselných prác
7. Záverečný energetický certifikát po obnove
8. Dokumentácia skutočného vyhotovenia stavby, grafická a foto-dokumentačná časť
Uchádzač môže predložiť ponuku na akúkoľvek časť predmetu zákazky alebo na všetky časti predmetu zákazky.
Celková vysúťažená hodnota rekonštrukcie Kaštieľa v Žiari nad Hronom je v sume 2 280 597,66 € s DPH.
V prípade rekonštrukcie Kaštieľa v Žiari nad Hronom sa jedná o pamiatkovo chránenú budovu, a preto všetky stavebné práce budú podliehať kontrole Krajského pamiatkového úradu.
Predmet zákazky bude spolufinancovaný z dotácie Ministerstva dopravy Slovenskej republiky Obnova verejných historických a pamiatkovo chránených budov, Obnova verejných historických a pamiatkovo chránených budov, kód výzvy 02l02-29-V01
