Cieľom súťažného dialógu je nájsť najvhodnejšie a najkvalitnejšie architektonické riešenie pre územie v centre Bratislavy a spracovateľa všetkých stupňov projektovej dokumentácie, výkon inžinierskych činností a autorského dozoru.

The aim of the competitive dialogue is to find optimal and the best architectural quality solution for the territory in the center of Bratislava and the processor of all levels project documentation, performance of engineering activities and author supervision.

Verejné obstarávanie je spoločným verejným obstarávaním v zmysle § 16 zákona o verejnom obstarávaní medzi Hlavným mestom SR Bratislava, Generálnym investorom Bratislavy a Metropolitným inštitútom Bratislavy.

Verejný obstarávateľ určil, že súťažný dialóg sa uskutoční v niekoľkých po sebe nasledujúcich etapách s cieľom znížiť počet riešení, ktoré sa majú prerokovať na základe kritérií na vyhodnotenie ponúk uvedených v oznámení o vyhlásení verejného obstarávania. Počet riešení, po znížení počtu riešení bude 4, pokiaľ bude dostatočný počet vhodných riešení.

Tento dokument bol prejednaný komisiou na úvodnom stretnutí dňa 02. 10. 2019 a overené Slovenskou komorou architektov overením č. KA-817/2019 zo dňa 28. 11. 2019.

Public procurement is a joint public procurement under Article 16 of the Public Procurement Act between Bratislava, the Capital City of the Slovak Republic, General Investor of Bratislava and Metropolitan Institute of Bratislava.

The Contracting Authority determined that the competitive dialogue shall be organised in several consecutive phases in order to decrease the number of solutions that need to be discussed on the basis of the award criteria specified in the tender notice. The number of designs after the decrease in their number shall be four, in case there are enough suitable solutions.

This document was negotiated by the committee during the introductory meeting on 2 October 2019 and authorised by the Slovak Chamber of Architects with the authorisation No. KA-817/2019 of November 28, 2019.
