Predmetom súťaže je návrh urbanistického riešenia pre transformáciu územia Zimného prístavu, ktorý predstavuje unikátnu príležitosť vytvoriť na dunajskom nábreží živú mestskú štvrť.

Cieľom je premena dnes uzavretého, monofunkčného aktívneho logistického areálu pre nákladnú dopravu a prekládku materiálov na otvorenú, živú a kompaktnú mestskú štvrť priamo na nábreží Dunaja. Hľadá sa návrh prostredia založený na princípoch mesta krátkych vzdialeností, s prioritou pešieho pohybu, kvalitných verejných priestorov a modro-zelenej infraštruktúry.

The subject of the competition is an urban design proposal for the transformation of the Winter Harbour area, which represents a unique opportunity to create a lively urban quarter on the banks of the Danube River.

The aim is to transform a currently closed and monofunctional active logistics area for freight transport and material transhipment into an open, lively and compact urban district directly on the banks of the Danube. We are looking for a design based on the principles of the 15-minute city, with priority given to pedestrian traffic, high-quality public spaces and blue-green infrastructure.

Verejné obstarávanie je spoločným verejným obstarávaním medzi Verejnými prístavmi a.s. a Hlavným mestom SR Bratislava. Po súťaži návrhov bude realizované priame rokovacie konanie v zmysle ustanovení § 81 písm. h) ZVO. Vyhlasovateľ vyzve na rokovanie účastníka, ktorého návrh vyhodnotila porota ako víťazný.

The public procurement is a joint public procurement between Verejné prístavy a.s. and the Capital City of the Slovak Republic, Bratislava. Following the design competition, direct negotiations will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Section 81(h) of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority will invite the participant whose design was evaluated as the winning design by the jury to the negotiations.
